To change your Nairabet account password if using mobile version, kindly visit the NairaBet site. Click on ''Account'' at the bottom of the page.
and then forgot password?.
Input your email address or phone number attached to the Nairabet account then click Forgot Password.
If using the desktop version,click on Login
and then Forgot Password
The system will automatically generate a link which would be sent to your registered E-mail address if using email address or send a code to the registered phone number if using that option.
You will be required to click on the link sent to your email or input the code sent to the phone number in the space that is provided to complete password reset.
Please go ahead and reset your password to a preferred one you can easily remember.

To view the details the transactions carried out on your Nairabet account, kindly login into your Nairabet account, click on your Customer Id if you are using a desktop and then Wallet History.
and then Wallet History.
If on mobile device,log into your Nairabet account, select Account at the bottom of the page,
and then click Transaction History.
On the next page, select the type of transaction you want to view; All,Payouts or deposit. Kindly set your "from" and "to" dates to cover the period you want your search results to show.
The page gets refreshed and a list of all transactions done on your account is displayed. A page displays 25 transactions with the transaction IDs and dates being listed as well.
If you can't find your transaction(s) on the first page, kindly scroll to the bottom of the transactions list and click on next. This will open the next 25 transactions, just keep that going till you actually see what you are looking for.

To fund using quickteller, you can visit www.quickteller.com/nairabet to continue.
Enter your email address, your customer reference (also known as your account ID),select Nairabet online player, and enter the amount.
* To view your customer reference/ account ID if using the desktop version, kindly log into your NairaBet account, it is the 7 digit by the side of your username at the top right corner of the page.
*If using a mobile phone,log into your Nairabet account, click on Account at the bottom of the screen. The Customer reference(account Id) is beside the username at the top left corner of the screen.
After entering your customer reference on the Quickteller platform, you will be required to enter the following details;
Card number: these are the numbers in front of your ATM card. It is usually 16 digits, however, in some ATM cards, it may be more than 16 digits.
Account Type: select either Savings or Current.
CVV: these are the three digits at the back of your ATM card. Note that some cards may have 7 digits. In such cases, please enter the last three digits.
MM/YY: this the expiry date of your ATM card. It can be seen in the front of your ATM card.
Pin: this is your ATM card pin.
Once you have inputted these details correctly, you will be sent an OTP.
The OTP will be sent to the mobile number you registered with your bank.
Once you receive the OTP, please input it in the space provided and click on pay.
Then your account will be funded successfully!!!

The requirements needed to fund your account using the ATM are your ATM card and your NairaBet customer identification number (Customer ID).
Visit the nearest functioning ATM, insert your ATM card and enter your PIN.
After that, this type of page will open.
Select Quickteller. If you cannot find Quickteller, you can select Pay Bills.
Please note that some ATMs at some GTB branches will show "Fund Wallet".
Select "Fund Wallet" and it will show "Fund GT Wallet" or "Fund Other Wallets".
Then select "Fund Other Wallets" and it will lead you to the next page.
After that, the list of merchants like DSTV will come up.
Select Others. The machine will now ask you to enter your merchant code.
The merchant code you will enter depends on the amount you want to fund your NairaBET.com account with.

The machine will ask you how much you want to pay.
Enter the amount you want to pay and move to the next page.
The next thing is to enter your NairaBet customer identification number.
After entering your ID, it will bring up your name.

Fund your NairaBET account by paying to any of our authorized agents around you.
All you have to do is visit a NairaBet shop around you and inform the agent or the cashier that you want to fund your NairaBet Online account.

Kindly log into your Nairabet account and click on deposit.
Select "Paystack Inline Deposit" and input the desired amount you want to fund, then click on "Deposit"
You will then be required to choose if you want to pay directly from Paystack,Visacard,Master card or Verve.
To fund directly from your bank account, click on Change and choose Pay with Bank.
